To ensure smooth service delivery and fairness to both patients and staff, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all appointments and therapy bookings made through our website <a href=\"https:\/\/sushruthahealthcare.in\/ayurveda\/\">https:\/\/sushruthahealthcare.in\/ayurveda\/<\/a> or in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Appointment Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultation or therapy appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to <strong>24 hours prior<\/strong> to the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> of the appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of a <strong>no-show<\/strong> (patient does not arrive or inform), the appointment will be considered used and <strong>no refund<\/strong> will be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within <strong>7 to 10 business days<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Panchakarma and Therapy Bookings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Panchakarma or multiple-day therapy bookings require advance payment to confirm the slot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made more than <strong>72 hours before<\/strong> the first therapy session will receive a <strong>75% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>within 72 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled start time are eligible for a <strong>50% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a therapy program has started, <strong>no refund<\/strong> will be issued for unused sessions or early termination by the patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Therapy bookings are <strong>non-transferable<\/strong> unless approved in advance by the clinic management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Rescheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointments may be rescheduled once without additional charges if the request is made at least <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Clinic Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., doctor unavailability), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We aim to inform you as early as possible in such cases via phone, SMS, or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How to Request a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to <strong><a href=\"mailto:drrameshpatientcare@gmail.com\">drrameshpatientcare@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking\/appointment ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date and time of appointment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the specified refund window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Final Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Acharya Sushrutha Ayurveda Hospital.
