All Ayurvedic treatments provided are based on traditional principles and prescribed by qualified professionals.
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.
In case of emergency or serious medical condition, please seek allopathic emergency care immediately.

2. Consultation & Treatment

All consultations, whether online or in person, are subject to doctor availability and pre-scheduled timings.
Treatments are prescribed only after individual assessment by registered Ayurvedic practitioners.
Patients must disclose full medical history before undergoing any treatment or Panchakarma procedures.
The institute reserves the right to deny or discontinue services to anyone not adhering to prescribed guidelines or displaying inappropriate behaviour.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Payments

Advance bookings are mandatory for treatments and Panchakarma packages. Walk-ins are accepted only subject to availability.
All payments must be completed in advance for confirmed appointments or therapies.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Use of Website

The Website content including text, images, and logos are the property of Sushrutha Healthcare and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
You may not use this site to perform any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive activities or to interfere with the site’s operation or network security.
We reserve the right to block or restrict access to users who violate these terms.
