Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Acharya Sushrutha Healthcare Pvt.Ltd, we are committed to providing timely and personalised care. To ensure smooth service delivery and fairness to both patients and staff, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all appointments and therapy bookings made through our website https://sushruthahealthcare.in/ayurveda/ or in person.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Consultation or therapy appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the case of a no-show (patient does not arrive or inform), the appointment will be considered used and no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Panchakarma and Therapy Bookings

  • Panchakarma or multiple-day therapy bookings require advance payment to confirm the slot.
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the first therapy session will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Once a therapy program has started, no refund will be issued for unused sessions or early termination by the patient.
  • Therapy bookings are non-transferable unless approved in advance by the clinic management.

3. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once without additional charges if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Clinic Cancellations

  • If the clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., doctor unavailability), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • We aim to inform you as early as possible in such cases via phone, SMS, or email.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to drrameshpatientcare@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Booking/appointment ID
  • Date and time of appointment
  • Reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within the specified refund window.

6. Final Disclaimer

All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Acharya Sushrutha Ayurveda Hospital. Our intention is always to act fairly and ensure a respectful experience for all our patients and practitioners.
